Loot sites feed you and your car; faction territory is where you spend that strength. The comparison page breaks down what each half offers — risk, rewards and the gear that makes the difference between looting a camp and being looted by one.
Enemies use the same weapons you do and randomly drop ammo, weapons or healing items — every fight is also a supply drop if you survive it.
